We only ask you to push yourself and give 100% effort. Here is the Facebook Event: NLKB Competition Training

#nolimittakeover at The Pyramid

Last week was an exciting time for the jiu jitsu community and our three competitors, Logan Butts, Jae McIntosh, and Jessica Dobbs. These three traveled to Long Beach, CA, to compete in one of the biggest and most prestigious jiu jitsu tournaments of the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation. Each of them fought hard, and though they did not returned with a medal, they returned learning more about themselves and with experiences that will last a lifetime.

You can check out this Flipagram of just some of the experiences.
